At Bloom Pharmacy, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and not classified as non-returnable goods such as prescription medications or hygiene products.

    Request Authorization

    Contact our customer care team or log into your account portal to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely package your items with the original packing slip and affix the return label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund

    Once our pharmacy team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
